WHO WE ARE
Drag Story Hour Arizona is a collaboration of many people spread across the state of Arizona. What was initially planned as a single story hour in 2019 grew to be an organization that aims to support diversity and inclusivity in early literacy. Drag Story Hour- Arizona has had the opportunity to collaborate with fantastic organizations such as AzTYPO and Virtual Arizona Pride and has sparked joy to readers of all types.
We look forward to each journey that we meet.
OUR MISSION
Drag Story Hour-Arizona's mission is to bring inclusive story times to the children of Arizona and their grown-ups. Drag Queens and Kings inspire children to be themselves through books, songs, and artistic expression. Guests will also experience the diverse world of children's literature and leave the story time equipped with new literacy skills.
